El algoritmo de Peterson, descrito en 1981, puede tener problemas para ejecutarse en sistemas multiprocesadores, debido a su dependencia en variables compartidas. Este artículo de Sun http://bit.ly/3rOVH5 tiene una buena descripción del problema.
